Q: What happens now?

A: You will receive an email immediately from Clickbank with a link inside of it. Click on the link and the PDF document will automatically download from the link and open in adobe or other PDF reader. Don’t have a reader? no problem click here to download a free one.

Q: I can’t download the file what is wrong?
A: Usually it is one of three things: you are at work and your computer is not allowed. You are using internet explorer and there are issues, or you have downloaded it but you can’t find it.

Solutions: download on your home computer, download Firefox and try again. Do a search on your computer for the files, or check the desktop, document or download folders. Please email me for any other issues.

Q: What if I have some problems with the download?
A: Drop me a line at mikethemasterdater@gmail.com if you have any problems with the download. I will fix it ASAP.

Q: What will appear on my credit card or bank statement?
A: Your statement will have a charge from CLKBANK*COM. There will not be a reference to your purchase. That way you can keep it a surprise if you want to.

Q: I am at work, can I save to a different computer when I get home?
A: Absolutely. You can save it to your computer of choice.

Q: If I lose the ebook (like a computer crash) what do I do?
A: If I can get enough information to locate your order I can send you a replacement one at no charge.

Q: I’m not that computer savvy. What if I need help?
A: We are only an email away. We usually respond to help emails within a couple of hours – usually no longer than 24 hours. The process is so simple that even you can do it.

Q: What if I have problems downloading from the web?
A: We can email the ebooks as an attachment which 99.9% of people can open successfully.
